1966-69 Guildford college of art and design,one year foundation course followed by three year course in fabric design.
1970 Moved to Devonshire and started professional career as an artist.
1974 First greetings cards reproduced by the Royle card company.
1975 Westward TV open-art exhibition at Plymouth City museum and art gallery.

2008 Eleanor has now returned to England & has a new gallery in the picturesque town of Chagford on Dartmoor in Devonshire. Ludgate Fine Art, 20 The Square, Chagford TQ13 8AB. England.
2008 Eleanor launches Devon's Nature In Art. This is a permanent exhibition in the Ludgate Fine Art Gallery. A celebration of the natural beauty of Devon. There is also a room exhibiting Eleanor's Paintings of Provence.
