 1966-69 Guildford college of art and design,one year foundation course followed by three year course in fabric design.
1970 Moved to Devonshire and started professional career as an artist.
1974 First greetings cards reproduced by the Royle card company.
1975 Westward TV open-art exhibition at Plymouth City museum and art gallery.

1980 Mariner's Gallery,Lyme Regis.
1981 Bankside Gallery,London.
1982-83 Medici Gallery,London.
1983 Harmony Gallery,Ottery St Mary;Holmdale Studio',Sidmouth;Commissioned by John Fowles (author and curator of Lyme Regis museum) to paint rare wildflowers for permanent exhibition.

1987 Launched the "Ludgate Studio" card and publishing company.

1989-99 Opened "The Ludgate Gallery" in Sidmouth,Devon.

2000 Opening of "La Galerie d'Eleanor" in Roussillon, Provence.

2002 Artistic advisor for an edition of BBC Television programme 'Holiday'.
2003 Location advisor, art and technical advisor for Channel 4 programme 'A Place In The Sun'.

2008 Eleanor has now returned to England & has a new gallery in the picturesque town of Chagford on Dartmoor in Devonshire. The Chagford Galleries.
2008 Eleanor launches Devon's Nature In Art. This is a permanent exhibition in Chagford Galleries. A celebration of the natural beauty of Devon.
